Dr. Muhammad Farooq Sherzada, Neuro and endoscopic spine surgeon, is a Pioneer of endoscopic spine surgery in Pakistan. He started his journey as an endoscopic spine surgeon at a private setup in Peshawar Pakistan in 2017. He initiated the concept of endoscopic spine surgery in Pakistan which concludes less complications like less blood loss, Small stitch, early mobilization and less invasion.
His qualifications include FCPS in neurosurgery, MRCS in UK, Full Endoscopic Spine Fellowship and specialized fellowships in interventional pain and medicine, Unilateral Biportal spinal Endoscopy and spinal surgery.
He performs an average of 2-3 Endoscopic cases per day where he has dealt with more than 2500 successful cases so far which includes Lumbar discectomy, lateral recess stenosis, and over the top decompression for lumbar spinal stenosis on multiple levels.
